Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows without prior cancellation will forfeit the full fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will receive a full refund or alternative session time.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive prepared with requested materials
• Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk

• Maintain confidentiality of consultation materials provided to you
